North Sydney Centre

North Sydney Council commissioned Hill PDA to provide independent economic advice concerning the existing and future role of the North Sydney CBD office market (the CBD) in light of competing land uses, particularly residential.

West Metro – stage 2

Metro Stage 2 relates to the construction and operation of a 24.1 kilometre metro rail line between Central Station and Westmead. The preparation of the specialist study was undertaken in response to the NSW Department of Planning Director-General’s requirements for the project.

Callan Park

HillPDA was commissioned by the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (SHFA) to undertake a Social and Economic Impact Assessment of the proposed Land Use Plan for Callan Park.
