Parramatta LGA

Housing Portfolio Strategy

HillPDA was commissioned by the Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) for the provision of consultancy services to undertake Strategic Property Market Advice for LAHC assets within the Parramatta Local Government Area (LGA).

The purpose of the study was to guide decisions that focus on better utilising the underlying land value and redevelopment potential of assets to renew, improve and grow the portfolio.

Our value add
