Meet the Team

Serena is a student consultant in HillPDA’s strategic and social planning team, assisting with research and preparation of key planning reports. Currently completing her Bachelor of City Planning (Honours) degree at UNSW, she is passionate about advocating for inclusive and community-based built form outcomes.

Serena has experience assisting with social planning projects across NSW and Victoria, specialising in social impact assessments, social infrastructure assessments and crime prevention through environmental design assessments across residential, education, renewable and industrial sectors.  She supports project teams through undertaking demographic and policy research, social impact scoping, social strategy research and data analysis using best-practice methods. She also has experience supporting stakeholder and community engagement for various state-significant projects.
