Meet the Team

Alex is an Associate in HillPDA’s strategic planning team. He specialises in social and community planning, public policy, stakeholder engagement and social infrastructure with a keen interest in finding solutions that provide positive social outcomes for rapidly changing communities.

Alex has authored Social Impact Assessment and Engagement Reports for a wide range of projects, including aged care, education, transport, warehousing and logistics, renewable energy, mixed use and build-to-rent proposals. Alex’s academic background includes specialisations in planning, social sciences, public policy and environmental science. Importantly, Alex’s academic and professional background meet the requirements to be a lead author under the DPHI Social Impact Assessment Guideline.

Alex has previously worked in the Commonwealth, Higher Education and Finance sectors. His experience includes social impact assessment, stakeholder, and community engagement, drafting and analysing policy, producing strategic briefings, geospatial analytics and demographic analysis. Alex is skilled in the use of geographic information systems, as well as visual and graphic design software.
