Meet the Team

Catherine Huynh is a Senior Valuer and has 15 years plus valuation experience across the majority of assets classes for market advice, financial reporting, and advisory purposes. Catherine has provided expertise on matters of valuation, highest and best use, and development feasibility (tipping point & developer and affordable housing contribution viability analysis), as well as facilitated successful negotiations of Voluntary Planning Agreements and land acquisitions between Councils and property owners.

Catherine has previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield, Acumentis (former LMW) and Egan Valuers as a commercial valuer in Sydney and the ACT.
