HillPDA sponsors at UDIA National Congress

HillPDA were delighted to be apart of the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s (UDIA) National Congress last month.

Affordable Housing and Housing Diversity are passions of HillPDA and we were proud to sponsor the National Award for Affordable Development.

Congratulations to the Winners Peet and BGC Development in their joint venture of Invita Apartments – Stage 1 in WA.

The apartments provide innovative and ‘affordable, high density living in an outer urban area‘. The judges commented on the ‘quality of finish for the market segment‘ with ‘fixtures and fittings typically found in higher specification homes‘.

For this development, ‘affordability is also reflected in its ongoing cost of living reductions, lower strata fees, shared recreation facilities and a much smaller land footprint’.
