HillPDA completed an Economic and Retail Impact Assessment to support a Development Application for a mixed-use development within Canley Vale Local Centre, located in the Fairfield Local Government Area. The proposal comprised a full-line supermarket (~3,900sqm), approximately 2,950sqm of supporting retail space, a gymnasium, and 2,200sqm of non-retail commercial floorspace.
