Development approval for a proposed warehouse in Punchbowl
Congratulations to the team at Hale for securing approval for their proposed two-story warehouse and office development in Punchbowl, in southwest Sydney.
We have enjoyed working closely with Hale and the project team to deliver this approval and prepare the social impact assessment and community engagement reports. We also undertook engagement activities tailored to understand specific issues raised during the SSDA exhibition period, including a facilitated information session for neighbouring occupants.
