Finn Stephenson
Finn is a consultant in HillPDA’s strategic planning team in Melbourne, working on projects across Victoria and NSW. She specialises in social impact assessments, strategy development, and research, supporting the planning team with demographics analysis, land use demand, GIS mapping, and strategic project management.
With experience working and living in regional Victoria, Finn has a strong interest in regional planning challenges and opportunities. She has worked with a diverse range of public and private sector clients across different levels of government, contributing to evidence-based planning solutions. Having also lived and worked in Japan, Finn is keen on integrating international best practices into local planning frameworks to drive innovative and effective outcomes.
