John is a senior consultant in HillPDA’s valuation and advisory team with over a decade of experience in Australia and the United Kingdom. As a registered valuer, he has delivered comprehensive valuations and financial feasibility advice on various land uses, including urban renewal projects and major developments for both private and public sector clients.

He specializes in property economics, development feasibility and complex asset analysis, encompassing portfolio strategy and valuation. His extensive expertise includes providing valuations for mortgage security, investment analysis, due diligence, and financial reporting across various sectors, such as residential, mixed-use, infrastructure, and industrial properties.

John understands the vital importance of delivering evidence based solutions tailored to client needs. His background includes managing complex feasibility and valuation assignments, including development feasibility, income approach valuations, Greenfield and urban infill development feasibility, as well as highest and best use/alternate use valuations.

Prior to joining HillPDA, John held senior positions in consultancy and agency roles with leading firms such as CBRE, Urbis, and JLL, consistently driving commercial impact through a combination of initiative, analytical rigor, and collaborative leadership.
