We are pleased to hear about the recent approval of a build-to-rent concept at 33 Argyle Street, Parramatta.
Our social planning team undertook a Social Impact Assessment, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design Report, and Engagement Report for the proposal.
Through these reports, we bridged the gap between understanding community feedback, crime/safety considerations, and the project’s social contribution to the locality.
This build-to-rent development will deliver much-needed housing stock in a highly accessible part of Parramatta.
