We’re pleased about the recent approval of medium-density social and affordable housing in Lane Cove North, for which we undertook a social impact assessment.

This development will provide social and affordable housing options in an accessible part of Sydney, benefiting affordability and lifestyles for key groups.

Our social impact assessment bridged the gap between the project’s various impacts during construction and operation, to provide an overall assessment of its contribution to the locality.
