93 Bridge Road Westmead Social Impact Assessment

We are pleased about the progress of high-density housing at 93 Bridge Road, Westmead, for which we recently undertook social impact assessment work.

The project will deliver new apartment housing, including affordable housing for low-income residents.

This will add to much-needed supply in an area of Sydney set for major transport projects.
