Meet the Team

Ha Hoang is a feasibility and economics consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney, majoring in Economics (pre-honours) and Marketing. Ha brings an international perspective, having studied courses in real estate finance and investing at the University of Southern California while on exchange.

Ha seeks to transform property data into valuable insights to inform property and development decisions. Ha’s professional focus is development feasibility, property market research, cost benefit analysis, demographic analysis, and economic impact analysis. She has advised clients across a range of sectors in both Australia and the United States. She has a special interest in understanding how macro factors and the global financial market impact commercial and residential development feasibility.

Prior to working at HillPDA, Ha Hoang concentrated on residential property market analysis and research across the east coast of Australia, as well as commercial real estate investment in Los Angeles.
