Meet the Team

Richard is a consultant working in the feasibility and valuations team at HillPDA. His core roles include undertaking property market research, demographic analysis, reporting, and assisting with financial feasibility/highest and best use assessments for both private and public clients.

Prior to working at HillPDA, Richard worked in residential real estate focusing on off-the-plan property across Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Brisbane and Perth. His work focused on collation of statistics and data to produce property reports and property publications across the 6 largest residential property markets to make investment decisions.

Currently undertaking a Master of Property Investment and Development at WSU, Richard is interested in residential investment and commercial property development.
